To help inspire our pupils we hold an annual Careers Carousel where employers share:

• Roles available within their setting
• What is involved in their or other’s roles, example of a day or tasks you need to do
• Routes into the career/training available
• Attributes/skills needed for the positions or to work for the company
• Providing an opportunity for pupils to ask questions

Visitors often bring in props which they would use in their jobs to assist with their delivery and provoke thoughts and questions from the pupils.
